Cerys has over 10 years experience starting with a background in Sports Therapy working with professional football clubs and within private clinics. Cerys then continued on to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy graduating from Kings College London.

Cerys has worked in private healthcare settings & treated a range of musculoskeletal injuries, providing a wealth of knowledge. Cerys worked as a rehabilitation therapist helping people restore everyday movements.

Cerys created CJR Physiotherapy as during her time learning and working alongside the NHS and private clinics she felt that there was a lack of quick response to help individuals get back up on their feet after injury. 

Cerys offers various treatment options and works across all three clinic spaces. 

Holly has over 5 years of experience treating a variety of individuals with various soft tissue injuries. Holly is great at easing aches and pains and allowing for greater movement in the body. Holly is trained in sports massage, kinesiology taping, injury assessment & treatment. Holly is based at Talisman and The farm locations. 

Emma has been practising for over 6 years, she currently works in elite sport alongside private practice. Emma offers a variety of services. She is also a women's health therapist and can therefore treat women during and after pregnancy. Emma is available for appointments at Talisman gym.
